underpaid for undergrads....

huu.. ari ni test ngan 2 lg company... SilTerra n E***...

SilTerra cam ok gak.. company semikon.. walopon aku x tanye brape gaji time interbiu tuh (bajet baik) tapi member aku ckp starting die 3k.. wow.. ok la.. 3k kat kulim.. kerja pon max 4days per week... keje shift.. 7am-7pm.. 4 days per week selame sbln n bulan strsnye 7pm-7am but 3 DAYS PER WEEK!! holy shiat~ weekend lg pnjg dr weekdays kot~ weekend lak ari selasa sampai kamis ke kalo x silap aku... haha sempoi... interview jap je.. tanye mende2 basic po pe po pe beres.. 15 mins je.. walopon soklan pertama die soklan killer "Are you bonded with PET?" huhuh.. deym... kalo PET tanak sy.. terimalah sy nnt wahai akak interbiu...pliss~~

E***.. ^_^!! company multinational.. operation Cable TV n GIS.. wat proj utk company besar2 itu ini.. but... hmm.. frankly.. its bullshiat underpaid one for undergrads student.. yerp walopon aku nyer CGPA cam gampang bkn gempak ngat.. slightly above par je.. but still.. doesnt worth it.. paling ciput pon 2k kot.. k la nego la.. 1.8k.. fair enuff? company kat kl lak tuh.. even kalo aku cr keje kat umah aku pon aku nak yg 1.5k kot.. expected salary RM2,000 - RM3,000 is too much? fiu~ unless u have 5 years experience in GIS? watda? 5 years baru RM2k - 3k ke? mencabar gile donia skang.. we can only afford to pay RM1.1k - 1.3k for freshgrad? kthxbye...

time interbiu lak asik focus on commitment commitment commitment.. responsibility responsibility responsibility.. commitment 100% aa.. 99% taknak aa.. adoi yai.. nak soh commited, suap la lebey skit.. atleast, kalo offer 2.5k, then after that kompeni len offer 3k.. mcm pikir gak la nak chow ke x.. ni offer 1.1k.. sape mau commited.. sape mau take responsibility as priority.. kalo kompeni len offer 1.5k pon aku chow.. leh ke survive 1.1k kat kl? xnak kete kawin leh a kot... kalo tahap terdesak gile xde keje leh a keje sini...

k la.. at least dpt experience kan.. huhuh.. bukan nak talk cockproud myself ke ape.. but.. sniri mau ingat la... *no offend to those who might feel offended*
